From Adrian Hewlett at 2008-06-01 21:57:51 : West Kirby garage forecourt. Destination appears to read C22 Chester which ran from Meols to Chester through West kirby and Heswall.
From andy at 2008-09-11 21:24:08 : Definitely Heswall,turning from the "in" forecourt onto the centre stand to go out, the bus is in Pye road, which ran through Heswall depot. the cars are parked in front of the canteen. Pye Road is named after Johnnie Pye who ran the original bus service from Heswall to Birkenhead, and was taken over by Crosville. Just to the right of this picture there is now a pub called "The Johnnie Pye"
